Yet another great idea on my mission to find recipes for my New Years finger food extravaganza. I love garlic parmesan chicken wings but have never tried making them...and this would be a great recipe for wings or drummettes, and not frying them is perfect for snacking while entertaining without the mess and embarrassment of greasy fingers while you're trying to hold a drink.

This recipe is great! Very easy. I used Italian style Panko crumbs because that's what I had on hand and omitted the Italian seasoning. I had young guests (6 and 8) and they gobbled them up.
